Payment Terms and Conditions
Online bookings
Raglan RASCALS uses an online booking system for programme bookings. By completing a booking online, parents and caregivers agree to the payment terms and conditions outlined below.
Payment schedule
Bookings are paid one fortnight in advance.
The first fortnight’s fees are charged at checkout when the booking is made. Ongoing payments will then be charged fortnightly in advance using the payment method provided.
Full term payment discount
Parents and caregivers who choose to pay for the full term at checkout will receive a 10% discount on the total term booking fee.
This discount is only available when the full term is paid upfront at the time of booking.
Failed payments
If a payment card is declined or a payment fails, Raglan RASCALS will contact the parent or caregiver using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
It is the parent or caregiver’s responsibility to ensure payment details are valid and payments are made on time.
Overdue payments
If no action is taken after a failed payment, and the account falls one fortnight behind on payments, Raglan RASCALS reserves the right to terminate the affected bookings.
Terminated bookings may be released and made available to other families.
No refunds
All bookings are final.
Raglan RASCALS does not provide refunds for bookings, including missed days, non-attendance, cancellations, or changes of mind.
Booking confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once the required checkout payment has been successfully completed.
Customer responsibility
Parents and caregivers are responsible for keeping their payment details, contact details, and booking information up to date.
Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in failed payments and possible termination of bookings under these terms.
