How It Works
Who can enrol
RASCALS provides after-school care for tamariki attending Raglan Area School. Our programme offers a safe, relaxed space to unwind, play, and connect after the school day.
How to enrol
Enrolment is simple:
- Complete the enrolment form
This includes child details, emergency contacts, medical information, and permissions. - Submit the form to RASCALS
We’ll confirm receipt and let you know if any additional information is needed. - Confirmation of enrolment
Once enrolment is accepted, your child can begin attending on the agreed days.
Information we ask for
To keep children safe and well, we ask families to provide:
- Contact and emergency details
- Medical, allergy, or health information
- Authorised pick-up persons
- Attendance days and start date
- Relevant permissions and consents
This information helps us care for tamariki responsibly and respond quickly if needed.

Fees and payments
RASCALS charges fees for after-school care. Details about fees, invoicing, and payments are provided before enrolment.

Changes, absences, or updates
If your child’s details change (contact numbers, medical needs, authorised pick-up people), please let us know as soon as possible so our records stay up to date.

We encourage open communication. Most questions or concerns can be resolved quickly by talking with us directly.
